When my children were young I use to make a corn chowder called Pennsylvania Dutch Chowder. I lost the recipe and would love to get it so I can make it for my grandchildren.

Hi Linda,
Pennsylvania Dutch Corn Chowder is a hearty, rich chowder usually made with chicken, or sometimes bacon or another type of pork. I don’t have that particular recipe on the site, but you could adapt another corn chowder by adding some shredded cooked chicken at the end, or sauteing some chopped bacon at the beginning of the recipe. Why not try adapting my Corn & Tomato Chowder? (You might also want to add some diced potatoes.)
Why isn’t my homemade cake as light and fluffy as a cake from a box?
