Active vs. Fast-Rising Yeast

My recipe calls for fast-rising yeast. I have active dry yeast. Can I use it, and how? —Steve

Steve, yes absolutely, you can use active dry yeast in place of fast-rising yeast. It just might take your dough a little longer to rise. Happy baking!
