Angel Biscuits

My neighbor in her 90's is looking for a vintage recipe that she remembers her mom making. It is for "angel biscuits." Can you help me find this recipe? Thanks. --LK
Hi LK, Oh yes, angel biscuits! Rich, buttery and absolutely delicious. They are sometimes called Bride’s Biscuits because although they are yeast-risen, they are almost foolproof to make. So head over to Angel Yeast Biscuits and print out the recipe for your neighbor—I’m sure it is very close to the recipe she remembers so well.

What Others Have To Say

Thank you so much for you time in finding this information for my dear elderly neighbor, I can't wait to take the recipe to her, hopefully its the one she was looking for and I will be more than happy to make it for her.

Sincerely,
Linda K.

  • Question

Will beef be cooked thoroughly if I don't brown it first? A beef and noodles recipe I want to try adds ingredients to uncooked beef that then is cooked in oven for 2 to 3 hours.
