Boneless Pork Chops

I need to find recipes for boneless pork chops. My husband says it grosses him out to eat something with a bone. Thanks for any suggestions. --Marlene
Hi Marlene I’ve got quite a few recipes for boneless pork chops or cutlets. You are sure to want to try my Sweet-and-Sour Pork ChopsSpanish Rice Pork ChopsBrown Sugar Pork Chops and Tangy Pork Cutlets. And keep in mind that you can use boneless chops in recipes that call for regular chops; just be aware that they will probably cook more quickly than the recipe indicates. So why not give Maple Apple Chops or Apple Roasted Pork Chops (with boneless chops) a try?

  • Question

Quite a few years ago, I received recipe cards from Grandma's Kitchen. I had a recipe for scallop potatoes that was fantastic. I have lost the recipe and would like to know if there is a way to get it from you.

  • Question

I have tried multiple ideas for beef and noodles, but they always taste the same to me. (Or I overdo it and it's simply horrible.) There must be a recipe that spruces up a family favorite. ... I am just looking for more flavor - not salty flavor, just more or different flavor. Can it be done? Is it possible to add flavor without losing the tried and true taste? Please advise.

And, thank you for all of your great recipes and ideas. My family loves when I bring home a new recipe from you. :)

  • Question
I would like a really good recipe for wheat flour bread or rolls. One that is fairly easy but makes a bread almost like a white flour bread--if that is possible or makes any sense. Most recipes I try, the bread comes out heavy. Can you help? Thank you in advance for either a recipe or any suggestions you might have. --Linda
