Canning Green Beans

How would you can green beans? What about canned dilled green beans? I just love your site and all the great recipes. Thank you. Nobody cooks the way Grandma does! --Sandi
Hi Sandi! Thanks for the oh-so-kind words about my recipes! And guess what? I’ve got just the recipe you’re looking for:  Dilly Beans are fresh green beans, pickled in vinegar, mustard seed and dillseed and canned in sterilized jars. If you need to brush up on canning basics, or if you’ve never canned before, you might want to check out the National Center for Home Food Preservation website; it has some great advice on Canning and other ways of preserving food at home.
