Caramel Rolls

I am a caramel addict. Recently I came across caramel rolls, much like cinnamon rolls. Is there a recipe that is easy to make? BTW - I make your chunky potato soup ALL the time and everyone loves it! Blessings, Jenifer
Hi Jenifer, I don’t happen to have a caramel roll recipe, but I know a couple of places where you can find one: Both Pillsbury and Land o’ Lakes have recipes for these ooey-gooey treats, and they’re quite similar: Pillsbury’s Easy Caramel Sticky Buns and Land o’ Lakes Easy Caramel Rolls. Or, if you have your own favorite cinnamon roll recipe, you could adapt it to a caramel roll recipe. Simply make a caramel by combining 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 2 tablespoons light corn syrup and 1/4 cup nuts in a medium saucepan over low heat until melted and combined. Pour into the bottom of the pan you’ll use to bake the rolls. Top with the unbaked rolls, and then bake as usual. And so glad to hear you’re a fan of my Chunky Potato Soup. It’s perfect this time of year!

Betty, Do you have a recipe for a Bing cherry pie? As a young girl I remember having one at Traverse City, MI. It included the whole berries and had a delightful glaze, with whipped cream on top. I can still almost taste it, but haven’t been able to duplicate it. Thanks, Janette
