Cheesy Enchiladas

How to make an easy cheesy enchilada? --Kathy
Hi Kathy!  Good news! Whether you’re up for chicken, beef or seafood, I’ve got an enchilada recipe for you. Fiesta Beef Enchiladas has ground beef, corn, a savory sauce and lots of Cheddar cheese. Creamy Chicken Enchiladas boasts chicken breast pieces, green chiles and cream cheese and Jack cheese. And finally, Seafood Enchiladas has crabmeat, shrimp, green pepper and Jack cheese. I’m sure you’ll take a liking to one of them!
