Chicken Croquettes

Could you add a recipe for Chicken Croquettes?

—Elaine

Hi Elaine,

I think I have a recipe you might want to try: Potato and Pork Croquettes are made with cooked potato, ground pork, and onion and are topped with a lovely mushroom sauce. If you like, you can substitute ground chicken for the pork.
