Chicken Kebabs
I need a recipe for chicken kebabs. Thanks,
--Kekie
Hi Kekie!
You can use my recipe for Grilled Beef Kebabs and substitute cubes of boneless chicken breasts or thighs for the beef. Just be sure to marinate the chicken for less time, lest the meat become too mushy: one or two hours of marinating would be fine.
In addition, our sister site, GreatMealsinUnder30.com, has a great chicken kebab recipe that you can either grill or broil: Honey Mustard Kebabs. I hope one of these works for you!
