Hi Denise,
I’ve got a few recipes that use chicken tenders (aka tenderloins) that you might want to try:
Glazed Chicken Strips
Glazed Chicken & Rice
Country Chicken Chowder
East-West Chicken Stir Fry
In addition, you could use chicken tenders in many of my Chicken Breast Recipes; just keep in mind that you don’t need to cook chicken tenders as long as you do chicken breasts.

I live at 8000+ foot elevation, and have always loved to bake cookies from scratch. Is there "a rule of thumb" for alterations in baking soda, baking powder, yeast, etc., that I need to know in order to bake something else besides a flat, flat cookies, cake or breads? Thank you.

QuestionI’ve been canning Dilly Beans and I have some dill leftover. What should I do with it and is it OK to use dried dill in making dilly beans for next year if I can preserve it some way? I just cut the heads off the stems and put the whole thing in a paper bag, is that a good way to preserve it? --BrendaMarch 2012
