Chocolate Cheesecake

Would you please add a chocolate cheese cake? Thanx so much! --Merrianne
Hi Merrianne! I’ve got a few chocolate-y cheesecakes you can choose from: Chocolate Cheesecake Pie combines Neufchatel cheese (which is similar to cream cheese), chocolate chips and sour cream in a graham cracker crust. Brownie Swirl Cheesecake has a brownie crust, with a cream cheese filling and chocolate drizzle. And my favorite, Frosty Mocha Cheesecake, is a frozen cheesecake with a cookie-crumb crust and coffee flavored filling. I think you'll like them all!

I have several cookie recipes I would like to try but they all call for shortening (which I have never used in anything, and can't imagine ever using!). Can I use butter instead and get the same results? What about in pie crust? Thanks for all your help in the past - you are the greatest! --Nana Ruth
