Hi Nancy, If you have on hand regular granulated sugar, cornstarch and a blender, you can easily make your own confectioners’ sugar at home. Just combine 1 cup granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon cornstarch and whirl in a blender (or food processor) until powdery. It's that easy!
