Creamy Cheese Potatoes
I have had your recipe cards for years and love them!! My son's favorite is the creamy cheese potatoes, but I cannot find the recipe card anymore. Can you please add it?

I’m afraid I don’t have a recipe called “Creamy Cheese Potatoes.” Do you mean Potato & Cheese Bake? It’s a wonderful rich dish with cream and two kinds of cheese. Or maybe it’s Rustic Creamed Potatoes, Classic Potatoes au Gratin or Herbed Cheese Potatoes you’re looking for? They are all very cheesy and creamy potato dishes. Hope this helps!

Lately I have had trouble getting the peel off hard-boiled eggs. I try to get the freshest eggs possible but the peel still wants to stick. Any ideas?

QuestionI've heard that you can prepare sweet potatoes and all side dishes ahead and then freeze them. If this is done, then how do you prepare them so they're not overcooked on Thanksgiving, i.e., dressing, sweet potatoes, casseroles, etc? --PattyMarch 2012
