I would like to have a simple recipe for crockpot beef stew, please.

Hi Joe!
I think you'll want to try my Hearty Beef & Beans recipe; it has instructions in Grandma’s Secret Tip (at the bottom of the recipe) for making the stew in the crockpot. In addition, you could adapt any of my Stew Recipes for the crockpot (aka slow cooker). But be careful, adapting recipes for the slow cooker can sometimes be tricky; see the Ask Betty question about Slow Cooker Problems for tips and guidelines for great crockpot stews.
