Recently every time I bake bread, it falls in the middle (very much like a cake that falls). What can I do to prevent this? Or, what could be causing it?

Hi Terry,
The most common reason for bread for falling or collapsing is letting the dough rise too much, so it becomes overproofed and fragile. Keep an eye on the dough when it is rising and make sure it doesn’t rise more than double its original volume.
