Flavorful Beef and Noodles
I have tried multiple ideas for beef and noodles, but they always taste the same to me. (Or I overdo it and it's simply horrible.) There must be a recipe that spruces up a family favorite. ... I am just looking for more flavor - not salty flavor, just more or different flavor. Can it be done? Is it possible to add flavor without losing the tried and true taste? Please advise.
And, thank you for all of your great recipes and ideas. My family loves when I bring home a new recipe from you. :)

Hello Kimberly, and thanks so much for the kind words!
I have a number of beefy pasta recipes, if you’d like to explore pasta beyond noodles. My Cheeseburger Skillet combines all the tasty parts of a juicy cheeseburger (ground beef, onion and Cheddar cheese) with macaroni and cheese—and it’s delicious. Beefy Pasta & Mushrooms is a quick dish of angel-hair pasta, sliced beef tenderloin, green pepper, carrots and shiitake mushrooms. Beef Stroganoff Casserole combines all the flavors of classic beef stroganoff (ground beef, mushrooms, onion, sour cream) in a delicious casserole. And of course, I’m sure you know about Spaghetti & Meatballs.
Go a little more exotic, if you like, and turn to my Curried Beef & Fettuccine, a slightly spicy pasta with cubed sirloin, onions and tomatoes spiced up with curry powder and chile peppers. Or try Beefy Pasta Picadillo, which combines shell-shaped pasta with ground beef, vegetables, raisins, olives and capers for a piquant supper.
I hope you find a new family favorite among these great pasta dishes!
