I have a couple of gingerbread cookie recipes for you to try: Jolly Gingerbread Pals is a simple recipe that uses brown sugar and butter, along with molasses and spices, for a terrific holiday treat. Or you might want to try my Gingerbread Shapes recipe which uses white sugar and shortening instead of brown sugar and butter. Happy holiday baking!
