Grace, I’ve found that the American Heart Association (www.heart.org) is a terrific resource for nutrition and cooking advice for people with heart disease, high blood pressure and other cardiovascular conditions. The Nutrition Center of their website includes lots of great advice on food shopping, eating out, and cooking (including dozens of recipes). They also have a Cookbook section with a number of suggestions for heart-healthy cookbooks.
