I have a couple of recipes that use roast beef that I think you’ll like: My Beef Diablo is breaded and sautéed slices of roast beef (and is only slightly spicy). And wonderfully decadent Steak Hash & Eggs is technically a breakfast dish, but there’s no reason you can’t serve it for dinner. Enjoy!
