Meat and Fish "Family Packs"
Dear Betty,
We love your recipes but are on a tight budget. We only buy our groceries for a month at a time so we buy family packs. We divide the meat up in portions for one meal. We would like some new recipes for boneless pork chops, boneless skinless chicken and fish.
Thank you,
Loraine
Hi Loraine,
Well, what a fabulous way to trim the food budget! I just love the warehouse stores with their family packs of meat and fish.
Get ready, because I have lots and lots of boneless chicken breast recipes! Go to this page, Chicken Breast Recipes, and take your pick!
I also have a few pork recipes that would work with boneless pork chops:
Sweet-and-Sour Pork Chops
Apple Roasted Pork Chops (you can use boneless or bone-in chops)
Tangy Pork Cutlets (you can use thin boneless chops)
Maple Apple Chops (again, you can use boneless chops)
And I’ve also got a few fish fillet recipes (most any firm-fleshed white fish can be used):
Mediterranean Fish Medley
Zesty Flounder Fillets
Southern Breaded Catfish
Spicy Broiled Fish Fillets
Baked Fish & Potatoes
Blackened Flounder
