Muffins and Nut Allergy
My son is allergic to nuts; so many muffin recipes have them. He loves muffins--what can I do?

Hi Sarah! Not to worry—there’s no reason you can’t simply omit the nuts from most any muffin recipe. And if it’s okay for him to have seeds, you might want to substitute sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds for the nuts.
