Pie Crust

I need a pie crust recipe. Can you help? --Roxanne
Hi Roxanne, Have you seen my recipe for Rustic Apple Tart? It uses a from-scratch dough that works just fine for a pie crust when fitted into a pie dish. You can use it for most any of my recipes that call for unbaked pie crust, or refrigerated pie crust.  I hope you try it!

I was wondering if you by chance have a recipe for homemade maple syrup. I thought it might come in handy if someday we ran out of storebought and couldn't make it to a store, especially due to bad weather. Thank you.
