Plum Jam
Hi Betty, do you have a recipe for plum jam?
--Gabrielle
Hi Gabrielle,
I don’t happen to have a plum jam, but I do have a recipe for Tangy Plum Conserve, which is like a jam, but with a lot more going on, including raisins, oranges, and walnuts.
You also might want to head over to the National Center for Food Preservation; they have wonderful recipes and step-by-step instructions for making jams and jellies, including three recipes for plum jam.

Question
I have been trying to find a list/table of what and how long you can freeze leftovers such as meatloaf, lasagna, enchiladas in the freezer. I live alone and I keep throw away leftovers. I enjoy leftovers just find, however after the second time they are just too much. I would like to freeze some after I cook them. Can you provide me any guidelines?
