I'm looking for an old German potato pancake recipe.

Well you don't need to look any further because I’m pretty sure I’ve got just what you want: My Country Potato Pancakes are savory, crunchy cakes fried up in the pan from a mixture of potatoes, grated onion and beaten egg. Also called, latkes in Jewish cuisine, they’re the perfect comfort food, especially when served with sour cream and/or applesauce!
