Potato Salad & Macaroni Salad

How about a potato salad and a macaroni salad?

—Debbie

Hi again, Debbie!
I have a couple of potato salads you should try: Red Potato Salad has a garlicky vinaigrette for a dressing, and crunchy red bell pepper. My favorite, Thyme Potato Salad, is a bright salad with a lemony vinaigrette, served on a bed of romaine lettuce. And finally, if you are looking for a creamy potato salad, try my Herbed Potato Salad, with a creamy mayo/yogurt dressing.

As for macaroni salad, Kathyrn asked about it a few months ago. You can see her question and my answer with links to some terrific recipes here: Macaroni Salad. Happy salad making!

  • Question

I have tried multiple ideas for beef and noodles, but they always taste the same to me. (Or I overdo it and it's simply horrible.) There must be a recipe that spruces up a family favorite. ... I am just looking for more flavor - not salty flavor, just more or different flavor. Can it be done? Is it possible to add flavor without losing the tried and true taste? Please advise.

And, thank you for all of your great recipes and ideas. My family loves when I bring home a new recipe from you. :)

    Hi Betty,

Removing the skin from fresh peaches is easy. However, how about the stone? I buy cling free but still have trouble removing – and yes, they're ripe. Thanks.
