Preventing Rusty Pans

How do you keep baking pans from rusting? --Vanessa
Hi Vanessa, The best way to keep metal baking pans from rusting is to clean them thoroughly after using, and then dry them completely. If you put a pan away in a closed cabinet with some moisture still clinging, it can easily develop rust spots, especially if you live in a humid climate. So scrub well, then dry very well!

I am looking for the chicken stroganoff recipe. It is so good, like fried chicken on noodles. I misplaced the original card I received, and when I got your recent postcard, that was the first recipe my wife and I thought of. Please let me know if it is available. Thank you. --Chuck
