Preventing Rusty Pans
How do you keep baking pans from rusting?

Hi Vanessa,
The best way to keep metal baking pans from rusting is to clean them thoroughly after using, and then dry them completely. If you put a pan away in a closed cabinet with some moisture still clinging, it can easily develop rust spots, especially if you live in a humid climate. So scrub well, then dry very well!
