Salmon Patties

I want to make Salmon Patties. My mother use to make them. I just loved them. Can you tell me or find out how they're made. Thank you. Peggy.
Peggy,  I have a salmon patty recipe that you might like; it’s Crispy Salmon Croquettes and  uses canned salmon, plus potato chips to give the patties extra crunch and crispiness.

  • Question
I've heard that you can prepare sweet potatoes and all side dishes ahead and then freeze them. If this is done, then how do you prepare them so they're not overcooked on Thanksgiving, i.e., dressing, sweet potatoes, casseroles, etc? --Patty
