Scalloped Potatoes

I am looking for a recipe for homemade scalloped potatoes made from scratch. --Sandie
Hi Sandie, “Scalloped potatoes” traditionally refers to sliced potatoes that are layered in a creamy sauce and baked, but lately they have also taken on the meaning of a cheesy potato casserole. So I’ve got a couple of more traditional scalloped potato recipes you’ll want to try: The traditional Scalloped Red Potatoes is a simple baked dish of potatoes, butter and milk. Pretty Potato Scallop Surprise is a little more involved; the creamy potatoes are speckled with celery, onion and pimiento. Confetti Scalloped Potatoes has Cheddar cheese and a topping of crushed crackers; however, it uses frozen hashed brown potatoes and cream of celery soup, so it is not really “from scratch.”  In addition,  you might want to check out these from-scratch cheesy dishes that could also be considered “scalloped potatoes”: Au Gratin Potatoes Classic Potatoes au Gratin  Herbed Cheese Potatoes Smoky Mountain Potatoes Hope this helps!

I find it hard to cut brownies into nice bars, and they often stick to the pan. Any suggestions?
