Simple Meat Dishes
I would really appreciate some really simple meat dishes, where most of the ingredients are available on the kitchen shelf. Thank you. -Lynda
Hi Lynda,
I have plenty of simple meat dishes that I think you'll enjoy! Beef and Vegetable Skillet takes less than half an hour from start to finish, and all the ingredients are easy to keep on hand. Delicious Yankee Cheddar Steak only uses a handful of common ingredients. With a few ingredients you're likely to keep in your fridge and a couple of onions, you can make saucy Skillet Steak and Onions, which is always a favorite in my home. And my Braised Sirloin Tips are so easy to prepare, I always say they practically cook themselves!

Question
Do you have a recipe that was popular in the 60's, it was a frozen fruit salad, using fruit cocktail & I think maybe cream cheese. It was something white & creamy, but not sweet. Mom would freeze it in the ice cubes tray. The kind with the removable lever cube divider. I believe she would serve on a lettuce leaf, maybe with a dab of mayo and a cherry. Thanks.
