Spinach Dip

I would like to have a spinach dip recipe, please. --Annie
Hi Annie, Well, I’m guessing there’s a big football game in your future! I don’t happen to have a spinach dip recipe on the site, but our sister site, www.GreatMealsinUnder30.com, has a Hot Artichoke Dip that you could adapt to make a spinach dip. Instead of the can of the artichoke hearts, use 2 (10-ounce) packages of frozen spinach, thawed and chopped. You could also use just 1 package of spinach and add 1 (9-ounce) package of artichoke hearts (thawed and chopped). You might also be interested in my round-up of great Game-Day Recipes, which includes dips, finger food, chilis, brownies and more – everything you’ll need to feed those Super Bowl fans.
