I’ve got just the recipe for you: Pea Soup with Sausage, which is made in the slow cooker. It calls for smoked sausage, but you can substitute ham. As a matter of fact, the recipe will be easier because you can delete the third step (when the sausage is cooked) since ham is already cooked. I hope you enjoy it!

I have a favorite recipe from Grandma's Kitchen recipe cards for Nana's Banana Bread and needed to know how to adjust the cooking time for a 24 mini muffins pan. The baking time for the loaf pan is about 1 hour 15 minutes. I do not want to burn or dry out the small muffins. Thanks for your help.
