Question
I have a favorite recipe from Grandma's Kitchen recipe cards for Nana's Banana Bread and needed to know how to adjust the cooking time for a 24 mini muffins pan. The baking time for the loaf pan is about 1 hour 15 minutes. I do not want to burn or dry out the small muffins. Thanks for your help.

QuestionI used to get the cards in the mail but one recipe has gone missing from my collection and no one will fess up. It was one of the 'keepsake cookies' and I think it was called Double Chocolate Chip Cookies. What I remember about them were that they were chocolate cookies with chocolate chips in them and that you had to refrigerate the dough overnight. It was a HUGE family favorite. Can you help me? --AnneMarch 2012
