Stuffed Flounder
Do you have a recipe for stuffed flounder with crabmeat? Thank you.
I'm afraid I don’t happen to have a stuffed flounder recipe. But our sister site, EasyEverydayCooking.com, has a chicken recipe that you could easily adapt for flounder (or any other mild, thin fish fillets): Crab-Stuffed Chicken. Instead of stuffing the crab filling in the pocket of a chicken breast, place a large spoonful on top of a flounder fillet, then roll up the fillet (starting at a short end) around the filling. Proceed as the recipe directs, but you may not need to bake the flounder rolls as long as you would chicken – just make sure the rolls are cooked though.

QuestionI used to get the cards in the mail but one recipe has gone missing from my collection and no one will fess up. It was one of the 'keepsake cookies' and I think it was called Double Chocolate Chip Cookies. What I remember about them were that they were chocolate cookies with chocolate chips in them and that you had to refrigerate the dough overnight. It was a HUGE family favorite. Can you help me? --AnneMarch 2012
