Question
How do I make cookies in Nevada??! I live in what is considered high altitude (4200-4300 ft above sea level) and can't seem to get my cookies to rise at all. Quite frankly, I couldn't do it in Oregon either. I have fresh baking powder and baking soda, and the same cookie recipe my family has been using for generations. I just can't get them to rise. Great for hockey pucks though!

But what I was originally going to ask was if you had a good recipe for either ginger cookies, or gingersnap cookies? Thanks for your help!
