Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Do you have a recipe for portobello mushrooms with sauce and mozzarella cheese? --Leslie
Hi Leslie! I have some stuffed mushrooms with sausage and mozzarella cheese – is that close? The recipe (from our sister site EasyEverydayCooking.com) is Savory Stuffed Mushrooms and calls for 12 large regular mushrooms, but you could certainly use 3 or 4 portobello mushrooms instead. Let me know if this helps!

How do I make cookies in Nevada??! I live in what is considered high altitude (4200-4300 ft above sea level) and can't seem to get my cookies to rise at all. Quite frankly, I couldn't do it in Oregon either. I have fresh baking powder and baking soda, and the same cookie recipe my family has been using for generations. I just can't get them to rise. Great for hockey pucks though!

Hi Gramma Betty - My ginger cookies tend to get harder overnight, and I'm still experimenting to try to get a softer cookie. What do you think I could do to give more softness? But what I was originally going to ask was if you had a good recipe for either ginger cookies, or gingersnap cookies? Thanks for your help! I love your recipes! --Your Adopted Granddaughter JoAnn :)
