Sweet Cole Slaw
Do you have a nice sweet salad recipe for cole slaw with carrots?
--Nana Ronda
Hi Nana Rhonda!
I don’t happen to have a cole slaw recipe on the site at this time, but our sister site, EasyEverydayCooking.com, has just what you’re looking for: Tri-Colored Slaw. It has shredded carrots and red and green cabbage in a cider-vinegar-based dressing. I think you’ll like it! If you’d prefer a slaw with a creamy mayo dressing, make the recipe, but use this dressing instead: Mix together 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar.
