Sweet Potato Fries
Please, sweet potato fries! --Carol
Hi Carol,
Head right on over to my Sweet on Sweet Potatoes article and you'll find easy instructions on how to make sweet potato fries near the end of the article. I also have a couple of recipes I think you'll want to try: The first is my Crispy Sweet Potato Chips, which are very thin slices of sweet potato, fried until golden and crispy. The second recipe is Oven-Fried Sweet Potatoes, which says to cut the potatoes into slices, but you can cut them into French-fry shapes, then prepare and bake as directed—but they may bake more quickly, so check them often. I hope one of these recipes works for you!

Question
How do you make old-timey rolled dumplings? My mother-in-law made the best; she had a special bowl she mixed them up in (never really measuring), she knew where in the bowl to add the flour, etc., then she rolled them out thin on a brown grocery bag and let dry for a while, then dropped them in the hot broth. They were delicious!!!!!!
