  • Question
When recipes from Grandma's Kitchen call for sour cream in a cake recipe, does that mean sour dairy cream or the other sour cream that you use on baked potatoes? --Kay

  • Question
Hey Betty, I once had your recipe for cinnamon buns but I misplaced it. If possible I would like to have it, through any method. I am serving breakfast this coming Saturday, so I will need it quickly. Also I had tried the recipe on a few occasions but the buns didn't seem to cook all the way through (they were so good they were eaten anyway though). Could you tell me how to correct this? Thanks. --Alexis

  • Question
Recently every time I bake bread, it falls in the middle (very much like a cake that falls). What can I do to prevent this? Or, what could be causing it? --Terry

  • Question

Will beef be cooked thoroughly if I don't brown it first? A beef and noodles recipe I want to try adds ingredients to uncooked beef that then is cooked in oven for 2 to 3 hours.

Hello Betty, You have a great site. I am living in Kansas and originally from Boston, MA, and was wondering if you could maybe list a recipe on how to make New England Clam Chowder. (Although I’m not sure where I am going to get clams for the chowder.) Again, I want to thank you for this wonderful site. --Archie

    Hi Grandma

I've been looking for a good recipe to make sticky buns - perhaps I'm just not looking under the right word, but I'm not finding a recipe. Could you help me? I love your recipes... and, since I never knew my grandmother, you are a wonderful addition to my family! :)
