Oh, boy—I've got lots of leftover recipes for that bird! Take your pick from:
Turkey Vegetable Bake
Artichoke Turkey Casserole
Hearty Turkey Cassoulet
Turkey, Rice & Fruit Salad
Turkey Tetrazzini
Turkey & Spinach Skillet (The recipe calls for uncooked turkey, but you can use turkey leftovers. Just start the recipe at Step 2, without sauteing the turkey, and cook the onion and garlic in the oil, then continue as written.)

I live at 8000+ foot elevation, and have always loved to bake cookies from scratch. Is there "a rule of thumb" for alterations in baking soda, baking powder, yeast, etc., that I need to know in order to bake something else besides a flat, flat cookies, cake or breads? Thank you.
