I’ve got a great vegetable soup for you: my Hearty Minestrone is chockful of vegetables like cabbage, carrots, and tomatoes, along with ground beef. If you’d like a meatless soup, you can certainly omit the beef and add some more kidney beans. Enjoy!

QuestionHi Gramma Betty - My ginger cookies tend to get harder overnight, and I'm still experimenting to try to get a softer cookie. What do you think I could do to give more softness? But what I was originally going to ask was if you had a good recipe for either ginger cookies, or gingersnap cookies? Thanks for your help! Question
I have been trying to find a list/table of what and how long you can freeze leftovers such as meatloaf, lasagna, enchiladas in the freezer. I live alone and I keep throw away leftovers. I enjoy leftovers just find, however after the second time they are just too much. I would like to freeze some after I cook them. Can you provide me any guidelines?
