We never realized this chocolaty quick bread contained  zucchini until Grandma shared her recipe with us.

You can save money by omitting the liquid smoke flavoring and cooking these burgers over charcoal to create a natural smoke flavoring. Add a handful of water-soaked wood chips for a stronger smoky flavor.
