On summer evenings, we would take these turnovers outside and eat them on Grandma's porch.
  Grandma knows a thing or two about making backyard burgers and dogs something special. She’d make these tasty toppers a day or two in advance, then bring them out when the BBQ kings were grilling up hot dogs and hamburgers.  
  Whenever Grandma served this potato salad, it was always a guessing game as to what herb she would add. I liked basil the best, but my mom liked it when grandma used 1/4 cup fresh thyme or rosemary in place of the basil.
  “Like a trip to the Greek Isles,” Grandma said about these feta and olive-dressed burgers.
  Grandma had such an easy secret for imparting awesome BBQ flavor into her basic burgers—a touch of sauce in the hamburger mixture!
  When my brother tasted this burger made with his favorite pizza ingredients, he declared Grandma the best cook ever!
  We pretended we were Texas cowboys when Grandma made these spicy burgers for us.

Sometimes Grandma would send the older kids to school with this for lunch. The mildly spiced peanut sauce is a winner!
