After Grandma introduced my cousins and I to couscous, we couldn't get enough of it! We felt so exotic when we ate the savory couscous blend from these colorful sweet peppers.
This delicious vegetarian dish features fried eggplant, mushrooms and tomatoes all tossed with pasta. Eggplant has never tasted so good!
Sometimes Grandma would send the older kids to school with this for lunch. The mildly spiced peanut sauce is a winner!
Whenever Grandma had leftover dough from making pizza during the week, we knew that these pizza swirls were in store!
These caramel popcorn treats are great for a party. Grandma would wrap them up and give them out as favors!
