Herb butters are a pretty and delicious addition to any grilled meat. Make several kinds-chive, garlic, tarragon-or a combination and freeze them for use on grilled steak, pork or chicken at a moment's notice.

Great Pairings

Baked Acorn Squash

Leftover baked squash can make an excellent soup. Purée the pulp from 4 to 5 squash rings, 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup heavy cream and salt and pepper in a blender. Then heat the soup thoroughly.
