Catalina Beef Kebabs

10 minutes“If Catalina dressing is not a staple in your pantry, there's no need to buy any-just substitute Caesar or other bottled vinaigrette dressing. Or make your own dressing and save even more.”
Ingredients
Serves 6
- 6 large new potatoes, halved
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 8 ounces Catalina salad dressing
- 8 ounces barbecue sauce
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- 2 onions
- 2 large green bell peppers
- 12 cherry tomatoes
Directions

Cook potatoes in boiling water until partially cooked, about 15 minutes. Drain. Return to pot. Place mushrooms on cooked potatoes. Cover. Steam for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine dressing and barbecue sauce in a large bowl. Add steak, potatoes and mushrooms. Stir to coat.

Cut onions and green peppers into chunks. Add to bowl. Preheat grill.

Thread meat cubes, vegetables and cherry tomatoes alternately onto metal skewers. Grill over medium-hot coals for 6 minutes for medium.
