Herb-Seasoned Dinner Biscuits

For a penny-pinching biscuit, prepare your own, using baking mix for a fast fix. Dip the biscuit dough into herbed butter and proceed with baking as recipe directs.

Ingredients

Serves 10 

  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 (12-ounce) can buttermilk biscuits
Directions
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add parsley, dill and onion flakes. Stir well.

    Dip each biscuit in butter mixture. Arrange on a baking sheet.

    Bake until biscuits are golden, about 12 minutes.
