Speedy Mayonnaise Rolls

15 minutes“Make your own self-rising flour to save money-and a shopping trip. Combine a scant 2 cups all-purpose flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt to yield 2 cups.”
Ingredients
Serves 12
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 muffin cups.

Combine flour, mayonnaise, milk, sugar and salt in a medium bowl.

Stir flour mixture with a wooden spoon just until mixed.

Fill prepared muffin cups halfway with batter. Bake until rolls are browned, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
