Skewered Honey-Mustard Turkey

Make a double-batch of this turkey recipe and have it on hand for an inexpensive midweek supper. Slice turkey and add to a pasta or rice salad, or a bowl of mixed salad greens.

Ingredients

Serves 6 

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 pounds turkey tenderloins
Directions

    Preheat grill or broiler. Soak 6 wooden skewers in water in a shallow dish. Combine honey, mustard and oil in a small bowl; beat with a fork until smooth.

    Cut turkey into 11/2-inch cubes.

    Thread turkey on skewers. Brush with honey mixture.

    Grill turkey, turning and brushing with honey mixture, until meat is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
