Skewered Honey-Mustard Turkey

Ingredients
Serves 6
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 pounds turkey tenderloins
Directions

Preheat grill or broiler. Soak 6 wooden skewers in water in a shallow dish. Combine honey, mustard and oil in a small bowl; beat with a fork until smooth.

Cut turkey into 11/2-inch cubes.

Thread turkey on skewers. Brush with honey mixture.

Grill turkey, turning and brushing with honey mixture, until meat is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Cubing the turkey meat will be quicker and neater if you first chill the meat in the freezer for 30 minutes.
