Mustard-Sauced Chicken
Prep time:
20 minutesCooking time:
15 minutes“Coarse, grainy mustard adds flavor to many dishes, so buy the economy size. Try it on fish. Spread mustard on fish fillets, then squeeze a lemon over top. Dot with butter and broil for about 10 minutes.”
Ingredients
Serves 4
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, (4 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons coarse-grained mustard
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1 1/2 cups instant rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved

3

Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir in grape halves.
