Parmesan Potato Fries

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 4 medium baking potatoes, peeled (5–6-ounce each)
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F. Generously spray a 15- x 10-inch shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cut each potato lengthwise into strips about 1/2 inch wide.

Place the potatoes in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the dressing to the bag. Seal the bag and shake to evenly coat the potatoes.

Place the Parmesan, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, paprika and pepper in a separate large resealable plastic bag. Shake to combine. Transfer the potatoes to the bag with the cheese mixture. Seal the bag and shake to evenly coat the potatoes.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn the potatoes over. Bake until lightly browned and fork tender, 10–15 minutes longer. Serve.

Be sure to cut all the potato strips the same size so that they will bake evenly.
