Grandma's Secret Tips!

Grandma's Secret Tips!

For a delicious creamy sauce for these sirloin tips, Grandma added sour cream to the mixture. After the gravy had thickened, she removed the skillet from the heat and stirred in about 1 cup of sour cream. Sometimes she added 1/2 teaspoon sweet or hot paprika to the beef before she browned it. With the sour cream and paprika, she ended up with something like Hungarian paprikash.
